 In the construction of the 100,000-ton PBAT project at Zhonghua Chemical Donghua Tianye New Materials Co., Ltd. Challenge and Response: Chemie Heat Transfer Fluid Meets Stringent Requirements for High-Temperature Synthesis

The PBAT project of Donghua Tianye has extremely stringent requirements for high-temperature synthetic heat transfer fluid, especially in the cold climate of Xinjiang. The heat transfer fluid needs to operate stably in a high-temperature environment ranging from 270°C to 280°C. Based on its profound understanding and technical expertise in the heat transfer fluid industry, Chemie recommended a high-temperature synthetic heat transfer fluid from Germany. This heat transfer fluid has passed the national standard L-QD330 certification and has an extremely low rate of deterioration (only 2.3%). It performs exceptionally well under high-temperature conditions of 330°C, surpassing other similar products.
