Hubei Xingrui Silicon Materials Co., Ltd., as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd. In 2019, Hubei Xingrui Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. invested 688 million yuan to upgrade and transform the existing two 60,000-ton/year organic silicon monomer production units, and also built a new 120,000-ton/year organic silicon monomer production unit, expanding the annual production capacity to 360,000 tons. Due to the process requirement of a high temperature of up to 350℃, the traditional hydrogenated triphenylmethane heat transfer fluid has certain shortcomings in terms of high temperature stability and low temperature fluidity. At the same time, with the increasingly stringent domestic safety and environmental protection policies, the industry’s demand for environmentally friendly high-temperature heat transfer fluids has become more urgent.
