Chemie Heat Transfer Fluid Technology Empowers Runxing New Materials: Innovating Carbon-based Resin Production

Liaoning Runxing New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the Liaoning New Materials Industrial Economic Development Zone. Covering an area of 90 acres with a total investment of 290 million Chinese yuan, the company is dedicated to producing high-performance special carbon-based resins. As the first domestic continuous production line for high-performance carbon-based resins with an annual output of 20,000 tons, this project represents a significant breakthrough and future development direction in China’s carbon-based resin production technology.

In the production process, Runxing New Materials has strict requirements for heat transfer fluid. It needs to maintain excellent stability and efficient heat transfer performance in high-temperature environments up to 325℃. At the same time, the cold winter in Northeast China poses higher demands on the low-temperature fluidity of the heat transfer fluid. Faced with this challenge, Runxing New Materials is seeking a heat transfer fluid that can work stably at high temperatures and maintain fluidity at low temperatures.

Chemie Heat Transfer Fluid Technology, with its professional expertise in the field of heat transfer fluids, has become the preferred partner for Runxing New Materials. Chemie recommends high-temperature synthetic heat transfer fluids from Germany, which are colorless, odorless, and have extremely low pour points and excellent flowability and heat transfer efficiency at low temperatures. These characteristics fully meet the production requirements of Runxing New Materials. Not only does this product perform well at high temperatures, but it is also non-hazardous, making its transportation, storage, and use safer and more reliable.

In the second half of 2020, Runxing New Materials Company ordered 90 tons of high-temperature synthetic heat transfer fluid, which was officially put into use in March 2022. The excellent performance of this heat transfer fluid has provided strong support for the production process of Runxing New Materials, ensuring the efficient operation of the production line and the high quality of the products. As early as the beginning of 2014, Runxing New Materials invested in the construction of the Panjin Futian Petrochemical Phase I project, which has an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of C9 petroleum resin processing and 40,000 square meters of oil storage. More than 100 tons of German T synthetic heat transfer fluid have been used in the project, and it has been running well up to now.

Chemie Heat Transfer Fluid Technology has demonstrated its leading technology and excellent quality in the field of heat transfer fluids through this collaboration. It has also provided strong support for the technological innovation and sustainable development of Runxing New Materials. In the future, Chemie will continue to dedicate itself to providing customers with the highest quality products and services, promoting technological advancement and sustainable development in the carbon-based resin industry and the entire chemical industry.

The successful collaboration between Chemie Heat Transfer Fluid Technology and Runxing New Materials has ushered in a new era in carbon-based resin production. Chemie will continue to uphold the spirit of innovation, providing customized, high-quality heat transfer fluid solutions to more companies, jointly promoting industry progress and achieving sustainable development.
